Preliminary Public Draft BRCP (December 4, 2012) The Preliminary Public Draft BRCP underwent public review from December 5th, 2012 through January 31, 2013. This is currently the most up-to-date version of the plan. The next version of the plan to be released will be the "formal" public draft BRCP, which should be available in late summer/early fall 2013. It will undergo a required 90-day public review period that will include public workshops (fall 2013).
