The Steering Committee is comprised of representatives from the participating entities' city councils and board of supervisors as well as water/irrigation district managers and the Caltrans District 3 director. Staff from the Department of Fish and Game (DFG), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS) also attend these meetings. The purpose of the committee is to provide administrative oversight in developing the BRCP.
Steering Committee meetings are scheduled on an as-needed basis and are open to the public.
